Literature Text
What if leaves watch as people fall,
Or paintings stare at them from the wall
While music,silently,listens to us all
In the night, when the moon admires this world
And the wind trembles because of the cold
That rests in a human's mind, a darkness untold.
Maybe books read us page after page
At times when we lock ourselves in a cage
Enjoying the stoyline until it causes damage
Nightmares are the ones frightened by humans
And the clouds just cry on our shoulders
Liberating, throwing their liquid treasures.
How about summer's impatience to meet you?
Or a movie composing its actors and a review
About a sculpture perfecting its artist
And a canvas coloring its painter with mist
What if I sit back, and let the sheet continue it
While the reader struggles to write until infinite.

Dear mother, dear father
Dear brother, dear sister
Don't worry, you still have each other
And without me you're all so much stronger
Leave me behind and let me go, I promise the days will get brighter
Dear teachers, dear counselors
Dear therapists, dear doctors
You have my gratitude for what you all did
But I hit rock bottom too many times, and this last one was it
The end of the road again, as if no one could have kept me from a coffin
-
I was not fit to live life
I failed at everything, every time
I sincerely did my very best, I really tried
I just could no longer stand feeling so powerless inside
I lay wide awake ev

Letter to the World
A note in a bottle,
a message for the world.
'If I scream as loud as I could,
would you be able to hear me?
Thrown into the ocean
for the sea to swallow
the single sentence.
As the sea swallows its prize
she lets out a horrible hollow cry
for the world to hear.
The world does nothing
but capture her scream
and store it for later
when it asks why she cries
and why she hurts.
For if she screams as loud as she could
would the world listen?
Or is it just a message in a bottle
meant to be swallowed by the sea?

These Words Aren't Pretty
These Words Aren't Pretty:
My verses are ugly and I admit to the fact
I can't use pretty language when I'm working with rap
Because the things that I write, are just the things that I feel
I ain't an Edgar Allan Poe or a Danielle Steel
And I'll be honest with you, I've got an envy inside
Because some poets got a flow that's as smooth as the tide
I read some stuff that they write, it's just so dope I ignite
Burning shame and my anger at the beautiful sight
And like birds of a feather, they're flocking together
These poets are the Gods and I'm nailed by the weather
But as the rain pours down, lightning resound;
I try to write pretty

I have chosen that category almost aleatory[as in almost all my poems] because there is no "philosophy" category.
